1 - SALES POLICY

Equipements ESF is a distributor and manufacturer of outdoor power equipment, engines, parts and accessories as well as air compressors. The products are sold specifically to outdoor power equipment dealers, manufacturers, rental stores, tooling centers and auto parts stores. By not making any retail sales, Equipements ESF automatically directs consumer inquiries to its customers.

2 - OPENING OF AN ACCOUNT

Any company wishing to open an account must complete the account opening form. Download the form. It is also possible to receive the account opening form by fax by calling us at 1-800-463-4412. A representative will then contact you.

• Print and sign the completed form on the 2nd page (2 signatures).

3 - PRICE

All our prices are subject to change without notice. Please check our website to make sure prices are correct.

4 - TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payments must be made according to agreed terms and deadlines. All invoices paid cash, by check or by transfer within 10 days of the invoice date can benefit from a discount of 2% applicable before taxes and transport. Orders paid by credit card are not eligible for this discount.

In case of default of payment according to the terms and conditions of sale, the Customer will have to pay in this case an administration fee of 2% per month on any past due account, until full payment. If the Customer fails to pay any amounts due to Equipments ESF (in capital, interest or costs), Equipments ESF may, at his option and without formality (other than those imposed by law if applicable):

• Suspend the Customer's account, hold back completely or indefinitely any subsequent sale of merchandise;
• Require the immediate payment of any balance due by the Customer, whether or not due;
• Resume possession of any goods. Transportation and a 20% fee will be charged to the Customer.

A fee of $ 35 per NSF check will be charged.

5 - ORDERS

For any new retailer, a minimum opening order is required depending on the product line requested.

All orders received before 14:00 will usually be shipped the same day. An overdue account will result in delivery delays.

Minimum orders 25,00 $Orders below this amount will be processed but sent with a minimum order of $ 25.00. 

6 - BACKORDERS

An approximate delivery date will be provided when a product is not available.

ESF Parts: The remaining ESF parts will be shipped with a regular order unless you request that they be released sooner. Note that in this case the transport costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original parts: The remainder of the original parts will be dispatched upon receipt to our warehouses. Note that transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation of an overdue item: For the cancellation of an item, please contact our Orders Department. Special orders can not be canceled.

All balances will be automatically canceled after a period of 120 days. You will need to place the order again if you wish to receive this product. If, however, the customer absolutely wishes to have his order, a $ 10.00 for administration fee + shipping fee will be applied.

7 - TRANSPORT

All orders are F.O.B. Quebec warehouse.

All orders under $ 400.00 are shipped prepaid and invoiced. If you would like the freight charges to be charged to your Purolator, Dicom, Loomis or other carrier account, please let us know and let us know your account number. All orders (parts only) for which the total delivered goods exceed $ 400.00 (before taxes) for Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island will be shipped freight prepaid the carrier of our choice.

In no case will transport be granted on oils, chemicals and products in liquidation. No prepaid transportation applies for the units.

Additional charges may apply on bulky products (box length over 31 '', light boxes but with high volume).

Please note that, in the absence of a precise indication, the shipments are always made by the means which seem to us the most advantageous.

8 - CLAIMS

To be considered, any claim for incomplete order, price errors or incorrect invoicing must be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date. To be considered, any claim due to damage or loss related to transport, must be presented within 10 days of receipt.

9 - DAMAGED PARCELS

Any damage found when receiving your goods must be written on the delivery document of the carrier. Please immediately notify customer service of any damage.

10 - MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

Please note that no merchandise returns will be accepted without prior authorization. In all cases of return of goods, customer service must provide you with an Authorization Number (ADS). If return merchandise is accepted, you must attach a copy of your invoice with your merchandise by entering the ADS number. Returns will be credited to your account, less a fee of up to 20% (calculated on the original cost of the piece). Transport is at your expense. However, if it is an error on our part or a manufacturing defect, there will be no charge.

Condition of the goods: the goods to be returned must be intact, in their original packaging and in new condition. Units must never have contained gasoline and / or oil.

Exclusions: Parts whose retail price is less than $ 2.00, electronic parts and carburetors are not returnable.

You have 30 days from the date of billing to report any problem. Note that at all times, it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the parts ordered.

Equipments ESF Inc. reserves the right to refuse all or part of your return merchandise request. Any unauthorized or incomplete return, or any used or damaged product will be returned to the shipper at its expense.

11 - WARRANTY

Equipments ESF inc. meets the manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the current policies of the original units and parts. Equipment ESF inc. offers a one-year warranty on all ESF parts.

12 - PROPERTY OF THE MERCHANDISE

All goods and products, whatever they are (collectively the "goods") sold by Equipments ESF inc. remain the property of Equipments ESF inc. until full payment of the selling price of the goods.
